65.  In section 171ZL(4B) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992(1) (statutory adoption pay: meaning of “member of a couple”)—

(a) in paragraph (a), after “Wales” insert “or Northern Ireland”, and

(b) omit paragraph (b).
