Amendment of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

2.  In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(1) (departments etc subject to investigation)—

(a) omit “The single financial guidance body.”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert “Money and Pensions Service.”.
