PART 1 Amendment of primary legislation

8.—(1) The Domestic Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1980(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 35 (time limits for applications), omit “, and subject to Article 35A,”.

(3) Omit Article 35A (extension of time: mediation).
