67. In section 342 (information given by auditor or actuary to a regulator), in subsection (8)(1), for ““credit institution” and “investment firm” have” substitute ““investment firm” has”.
68. In section 343(2) (information given by auditor or actuary to a regulator: persons with close links)—
(a)omit subsection (9).
(b)in subsection (10)(3), for ““credit institution” and “investment firm” have” substitute ““investment firm” has”.
