Article 42A (depositaries of UCITS and AIFs)

131.—(1) Article 42A(1) (depositaries of UCITS and AIFs) is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “UCITS” substitute “UK UCITS”.

(3) In paragraph (a), for “a UCITS” substitute “a UK UCITS”.
