CHAPTER 1 Part 1A of the Act: the regulators

Introduction

2.  Part 1A of the Act(1) (the regulators) is amended as follows.

Part 1A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (comprising sections 1A to 3S) was substituted by section 6 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21).
