Section 343 (information given by auditor or actuary to a regulator: persons with close links)

68.  In section 343(1) (information given by auditor or actuary to a regulator: persons with close links)—

(a) omit subsection (9).

(b) in subsection (10)(2), for ““credit institution” and “investment firm” have” substitute ““investment firm” has”.
