In paragraph 2—
a
in the first subparagraph, for “A Member State” substitute “The CAA”;
b
omit the subparagraphs following the first subparagraph.

Omit paragraph 3.

In paragraph 4—
a
for the words from the start to “Member State” substitute “The Secretary of State”;
b
omit the words from “until Community rules” to the end.
