Amendment of Article 10 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 U.K.

191.—(1) Article 10 (Agency measures) is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In paragraph 1—

(a) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(b) omit “competent authorities,”.

(4) In paragraphs 2 and 3, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
