CHAPTER 1 U.K.Amendment of Commission Regulation on initial airworthiness

Amendment of Subpart Q of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 U.K.

208.—(1) Section A, Subpart Q (identification of products, parts and appliances) is amended as follows.

(2) In points 21.A.801 and 21.A.803, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point 21.A.804—

(a) in point (a)(3)—

(i) for “EPA” substitute “UKPA”;

(ii) for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;

(b) in point (b), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point 21.A.807—

(a) in the heading and in point (a), in each place it occurs, for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;

(b) in point (b), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
