CHAPTER 1 U.K.Amendment of Commission Regulation on initial airworthiness

Amendment of Subpart A of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 U.K.

210.—(1) Section B, Subpart A (general provisions) is amended as follows.

(2) In point 21.B.5—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority F1 ...” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b)—

(i) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) omit “Member States”.

(3) Omit point 21.B.20.

(4) In point 21.B.25—

(a) in the heading, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) omit point (a);

(c) in point (b)(2)—

(i) for “competent authority of the Member State” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) omit the words from “, including” to the end.

(5) In point 21.B.30—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority of the Member State” substitute “CAA”;

(b) omit point (b).

(6) In point 21.B.35—

(a) omit point (a);

(b) in point (b), for “competent authority of the Member State” substitute “CAA”.

(7) In point 21.B.40—

(8) Omit point 21.B.45.

(9) In point 21.B.55—
