Amendment of Appendix 2 to Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 U.K.

226.—(1) Appendix 2 is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “EASA Form 15a” substitute “CAA Form 15a”.

(3) In the form—

(a) for “[Member State]” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b) omit “A Member State of the European Union (*)”;

(c) for “[competent authority of the Member State]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;

(d) at the end—

(i) for “EASA Form 15a Issue 4” substitute “CAA Form 15a Issue 1”;

(ii) omit “(*) Delete for non-EU Member States”.
