Amendment of Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

237.—(1) Article 1 (subject matter and scope), is amended as follows.

(2) In point (a)—

(a) in point (i)—

(i) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;

(ii) for “an EU” substitute “a UK”;

(b) in point (ii)—

(i) for “an EU” substitute “a UK”;

(ii) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

(3) In point (b), for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.
