Amendment of the introductory part of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 U.K.

246.—(1) The list of contents is amended as follows—

(a) in Section A—

(i) omit the entry for point M.A.903;

(ii) at the entry for point M.A.904, for “EU” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b) in Section B—

(i) in the heading, for “competent authorities” substitute “the CAA”;

(ii) at the entry for point M.B.102, for “Competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;

(iii) omit the entry for point M.B.105;

(iv) at the entry for point M.B.902, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in the list of Appendices—

(i) at the entry for Appendix 2, for “EASA Form 1” substitute “CAA Form 1”;

(ii) at the entry for Appendix 3, for “EASA Form 15” substitute “CAA Form 15”.

(2) Omit point M.1.
