Amendment of the introductory part of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

269.—(1) The introductory part of Annex 3 is amended as follows.

(2) In the list of contents—

(a) at the entry for point 66.1, for “Competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;

(b) in the heading for Section B, for “Competent authorities” substitute “CAA”;

(c) at the entries for points 66.B.10, 66.B.100 and 66.B.200, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(d) at the entry for Appendix 5, for “EASA Form 19” substitute “CAA Form 19”.

(3) In point 66.1—

(a) in the heading, for “Competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) omit point (a);

(c) in point (b), for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
