Amendment of Subpart E of Section B of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 U.K.

276.—(1) Section B, Subpart E (examination credits) is amended as follows.

(2) In point 66.B.400, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point 66.B.405—

(a) omit point (b);

(b) in point (d), in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point 66.B.410, in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
