28.  In Article 12 (right to reimbursement or re-routing), in paragraph 2—

(a) in point (a)—

(i) in the first place it occurs, for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom safety”;

(ii) in the second place it occurs, for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b) in point (b)—

(i) in the first place it occurs, for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom safety”;

(ii) in the second place it occurs, for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”.
