281.—(1) Section A (technical requirements) is amended as follows.
(2) In Subpart A (general), in point 147.A.15(a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In Subpart B (organisational requirements)—
(a)in points 147.A.100, 147.A.105, and 147.A.130 to 147.A.140, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
