297.—(1) Article 8 (conditions for the acceptance of licences from third countries) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b)for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 3, for “Member State to which the pilot applies” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In paragraph 5, after the second occurrence of “third country”, insert “and used by an operator established or resident in that country”.
