(2) In the heading, after “obtained during” insert “United Kingdom”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a)after “holders of” insert “United Kingdom”;
(b)for “Member State where they served” substitute “CAA”.
(4) In paragraph 2, for “Member State in consultation with the Agency” substitute “CAA”.
