Amendment of the Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 19913
In regulation 6 (regulation of the conduct of the authority)—
a
in paragraph (1), after “The functions conferred on the Authority by or under Air Navigation Orders”, insert “or other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”;
b
in paragraph (8)(a), after “an Air Navigation Order” insert “or under other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”.
