Amendment of Subpart FCL of Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 U.K.

322.—(1) Subpart FCL is amended as follows.

(2) In point ARA.FCL.120, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point ARA.FCL.200—

(a) omit point (a);

(b) in points [F1 (b) to (e)], in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point ARA.FCL.205—

(a) in point (a)—

(i) in the first place it occurs, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for the words from “account:” to the end “substitute “account the number of examiners it has certified”;

(b) in points (b) and (c), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(5) In point ARA.FCL.210—

(a) omit points (a) and (b);

(b) in point (c)—

(i) at the start for “The competent authority” substitute “The CAA”;

(ii) omit the words from “it has certified” to “in their territory”.

(6) In points ARA.FCL.215 to ARA.FCL.250, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(7) In point ARA.FCL.300—

(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (b)(2)—

(i) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) omit the words from “, from the European” to the end;

(c) in points (c) to (f), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
