Amendment of Subpart FSTD of Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

325.—(1) Subpart FSTD is amended as follows.

(2) In point ARA.FSTD.100—

(a) in points (a) and (b), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (c)—

(i) in point (1), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) omit point (2).

(3) In points ARA.FSTD.110 to ARA.FSTD.140, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
