333.  In Appendix 5, in the form—

(a) for “European Union (1)” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b) in the first place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;

(c) for “[competent authority]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;

(d) omit the footnote;

(e) for “EASA Form 146” substitute “CAA Form 146”.
