362.—(1) Subpart SPO is amended as follows.
(2) In point ORO.SPO.100(c)—
(a)for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b)for “registered in the EU” substitute “registered in the United Kingdom”.
(3) In point ORO.SPO.110—
(a)in point (a)—
(i)for “competent authority of the operator” substitute “CAA”;
(ii)for “competent authority of the place where the operation is conducted” substitute “CAA”;
(b)in points (b) and (c), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
