364.—(1) Subpart FTL is amended as follows.

(2) In point ORO.FTL.125—

(a) in point (b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (c)—

(i) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in point (d), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point ORO.FTL.205(f)(5), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
