Amendment of Annex 7 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012

369.—(1) Annex 7 (Part-NCO) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart A (general requirements)—

(a) omit point NCO.GEN.100;

(b) in point NCO.GEN.101, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in points NCO.GEN.103, NCO.GEN.105, NCO.GEN.135 and NCO.GEN.140, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(d) in point NCO.GEN.145—

(i) in point (a)—

(aa) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(bb) at the end omit “; and”;

(ii) omit point (b);

(e) in point NCO.GEN.155(b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In Subpart B (operational procedures), in point NCO.OP.110(a)(2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In Subpart E (specific requirements), in point NCO.SPEC.HESLO.110, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
