Amendment of Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/340 U.K.

381.  In Article 3 (provision of air traffic control services)—

(a) in paragraph 2, for “Member States” substitute “the Secretary of State”;

(b) in paragraph 3—

(i) for “Member States” substitute “The Secretary of State”;

(ii) omit “their”.
