Amendment of Subpart D of Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/340

397.—(1) Subpart D (issue etc. of licences, ratings, endorsements and authorisations) of Annex 2 is amended as follows.

(2) In point ATCO.AR.D.001—

(a) in point (a)—

(i) in the first place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “, issue and exchange” substitute “and issue”;

(iii) in point (2), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in points (b), (c), (d) and (e), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point ATCO.AR.D.005, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
