Amendment of Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014409

Article 3 (oversight of aerodromes) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, for the words from the beginning to “responsibilities” substitute “The CAA is responsible”.

In paragraph 2—
a
in both places the words occur, for “Competent Authority” substitute “CAA”;

omit the words from “Member States shall ensure” to the end.
