Amendment of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 376/2014U.K.
66.—(1) Article 7 (quality and content of occurrence reports) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3, for “Organisations, Member States and the Agency” substitute “Organisations and the CAA”.
[F1(3) In paragraph 4, for “paragraphs 5, 6 and 8” substitute “ paragraphs 5 and 6 ”.]
(4) For paragraph 5 substitute—
“5. The CAA must develop a risk classification scheme to enable organisations and the CAA to classify occurrences in terms of safety risk. In so doing, the CAA must take into account the need for compatibility with existing risk classification schemes.”
(5) Omit paragraphs 6, 7 and 8.
