33.  In article 137 (requirement for appropriate licence to act as member of flight crew of non-EASA aircraft registered in the United Kingdom)—

(a) in the heading, for “non-EASA” substitute “non-Part-21”;

(b) in paragraph (2)—

(i) for “non-EASA” substitute “non-Part-21”;

(ii) after “Basic” omit “EASA”;

(c) in paragraph (3)(b), omit “EASA”.
