49.  In article 179 (fatigue of crew – responsibilities of EU-OPS and Part-CAT operators)— U.K.

(a) in the heading, omit “EU-OPS and”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(a), omit “an EU-OPS aeroplane or”;

(c) in paragraph (2)(a), for “EU-OPS” substitute “Subpart Q of Annex III to the Technical Harmonisation Regulation”.
