51.—(1) Section 110B(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1), omit paragraph (e).

(3) In subsection (2), omit paragraph (e).

(4) In subsection (3), omit paragraph (d).

(5) In subsection (4), omit paragraph (d).
