PART 4 Inspections and investigations under Parts 2 and 2A of the 1998 Act

12.  Despite their repeal by these Regulations, sections 65B(1) and 65K(2) of the 1998 Act (use of statements in prosecution) continue to have effect on and after exit day in relation to statements made before exit day.
