39.  In regulation 331 (amendment of Appendix 3 to Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011)—

(a) in paragraph (2)(d)—

(i) for ““EASA Form 143”” substitute ““EASA Form 143 Issue 2””;

(ii) for ““CAA Form 143”” substitute ““CAA Form 143 Issue 1””;

(b) in paragraph (3)(c)—

(i) for ““EASA Form 143”” substitute ““EASA Form 143 Issue 2””;

(ii) for ““CAA Form 143”” substitute ““CAA Form 143 Issue 1””.
