These Regulations may be cited as the Civil, Criminal and Family Justice (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before IP completion day.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the enactment it amends.
