Commencement3
The following provisions of the Act come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
a
section 15(3) (Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens’ Rights Agreements) so far as it relates to the provisions mentioned in paragraph (b);
b
the following provisions of Schedule 2 (Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens’ Rights Agreements)—
i
paragraphs 14 to 17;
ii
paragraphs 20 and 21;
iii
the definition of “Part 2” in paragraph 22(3); and
iv
paragraph 32.
