Commencement

3.  The following provisions of the Act come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—

(a) section 15(3) (Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens’ Rights Agreements) so far as it relates to the provisions mentioned in paragraph (b);

(b) the following provisions of Schedule 2 (Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens’ Rights Agreements)—

(i) paragraphs 14 to 17;

(ii) paragraphs 20 and 21;

(iii) the definition of “Part 2” in paragraph 22(3); and

(iv) paragraph 32.
