Transitory modification in respect of the commencement of section 122 of the Pension Schemes Act 2021 (the Money and Pensions Service: the pensions guidance function)3
Until section 122 of the Act comes fully into force, subsections (4) and (5) of section 4A of the 2018 Act (specific functions included in the pensions guidance function) is to be read as if—
a
in subsection (4), the reference to “subsections (1) to (3)” is a reference to “subsections (2) and (3)”; and
b
in subsection (5), the reference to “subsections (1) to (4)” is a reference to “subsections (2) to (4)”.
