Rules under regulation 25(5)(a) may make provision for enabling the regulator to review a decision of the case examiners to take any course of action allowed by paragraph 6, 7 or 9.

Rules made by virtue of sub-paragraph (1) may, in particular, include provision as to—

a

which decisions made under those paragraphs may be reviewed;

b

the period within which such a review is to be commenced;

c

the process to be followed by the regulator in carrying out such a review (including the determinations to be made by the regulator);

d

the actions which may be taken following such a review.
