Provisions coming into force on 1st October 2023 2
The following provisions of the Health and Care Act 20222 come into force on 1st October 2023—
a
sections 109 to 135 (the HSSIB);
b
section 169 (medical examiners), except subsection (5);
c
Schedules 13 to 15 (the HSSIB; exceptions to the prohibition on disclosure of HSSIB material; consequential amendments relating to the HSSIB).
