A draft of this Order was laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 17(2) of the Civil Contingencies Act 20041 (“the Act”).
The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, in exercise of the power conferred by section 13(1)(a) of the Act, makes the following Order.
The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster has consulted the Scottish Ministers and the Welsh Ministers in accordance with sections 14(1) and 14B(1)2 of the Act respectively.
