35.  In Schedule 2A (registration appeals: dentists register)(1)—

(a)in paragraph 1, for the definition of “the requisite period”, substitute—

“the requisite period”—

(a)

in relation to a decision as to the registration of a specified state professional under section 15(1)(c), means the period of four months beginning with the date when the registrar is first in possession of sufficient information to make the decision;

(b)

in relation to any other decision of a kind specified in paragraph 2(1)(a) or a decision of a kind specified in paragraph 2(1)(b), (d), (f), (g) or (i), means the period of three months beginning with the date when the registrar is first in possession of sufficient information to make the decision.; and

(b)in paragraph 2(1)(a), for “or (c)”, substitute “, (c) or (d)”.
