19. In Part 12A (development by Local Authorities and Health Service Bodies) of Schedule 2 (permitted development rights) to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015(1), in paragraph A.3(1), in the definition of “health service body”, omit paragraph (d).
