Amendment of the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2020

27.  In Part 1 of the Schedule (office-holders disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament) to the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2020(1), omit “Any member of Health Education England.”.
