Amendment of the General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008

8.  In paragraph 56 (duty as to education and training) in Part 8 of Schedule 1 (other contractual terms) to the General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008(1), in both places it occurs, for “Health Education England” substitute “NHS England”.
