Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(4)(a) and (b) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 20221.

In accordance with section 44(8) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
