Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Strategic Highways Company (Name Change and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2023 and come into force on the twenty-second day after the day on which they are made.

An amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.
