The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 20172 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 2 (public authorities required to publish information), under the heading “Health, social care and social security”, after “The Health Research Authority.” insert—
The Health Services Safety Investigations Body.
